When it comes to tables and chair rental in Dallas every event will have a specific need. Some event will require beautiful clear phoenix chair to match the elegant feel. While other events may require a more functional but still eye-catching chair like our white resin folding chairs that can easily be folded up after each party.

From any occasion from a child’s birthday party, engagements, baby showers, gender reveals, graduations and weddings we can provide your party rentals and full décor needs.

Whether you are having a formal event or a relaxed get together out tables and chairs are part of the basic must haves.

FAQ’s

  • We can deliver to you if you are within 50 miles of zip code 75217.

    Common areas we serve are as follows:
    Dallas, Balch Springs, Seagoville, Mesquite, Garland, Forney, Hutchins, Wilmer, Lancaster, Desoto, Cedar Hill, Rowlett

  • We charge $25 to deliver to an event that is within 15 miles of zip code 75217. If your event is outside of that zone, we charge $25 plus $3/mile after the first 15 miles.

  • For table, chairs, and linens no, please have all rental the same way we dropped them off. We can setup and/or breakdown for an additional charge its $2.50 per table and $1.50 per chair.

    We setup and breakdown tents at no additional cost its included in our price.

    For our balloons installation fee, we will charge a 20% of order total. If you need me to return to breakdown the balloon display it will be a $50 + 2 mile travel fee. This fee only applies if we do not have to pick up any rentals from you. If we do have to pick up rentals from you it’s a $50 flat fee for balloon breakdown.

  • Yes, all deposits get credit towards the full balance.

    All party rentals require a 25% nonrefundable deposit.

    For our balloons because of material, we charge a 30% nonrefundable deposit.

    If you need to cancel for any reason we understand and will give you a rain check and the amount of your deposit will go toward holding any future rentals, Valid for 1 year from the original scheduled booking fee.

  • All invoices must be paid in full 4 days before your event or risk a chance on your rentals or services not being delivered on time or at all for nonpayment.

  • When you pay for your deposit, we will store your card on file in case you didn’t add our 7% waiver insurance. We will be able to hold you accountable if our property gets damaged extensible or stolen. Also, in the case we must break down any party rentals besides out tents we will be able to charge accordingly. If you don’t want us to hold your card on file, we will be required in cash $350. It will be fully refundable damage deposit, and it will be returned to you once we have counted and inspected our rentals. Also, like mentioned above as long as we don’t need to breakdown anything not in the original agreement you will receive damage deposit in full.
